Una Reynolds is a Psychologist who has worked in private practice in Central London over the past ten years. Currently based in Australia, Una works internationally with clients and has experience in a variety of healthcare sectors, including charity, government, corporate and private practice.
Una has a wealth of therapy experience dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, confidence, interpersonal/relationship issues, trauma, loss and grief. However, Una’s key areas of specialism are addictions and performance psychology. She provides one to one tailored treatment for substance abuse and behavioural addictions. In addition, Una has worked in theatre and the creative arts industry as a performer herself, and now supports performers in managing physical, emotional and mental health issues to optimise their performance. Una’s approach is client-centred and integrative. She combines different therapeutic methodologies and tools, tailored to suit the individual needs and circumstances of the client. Such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance commitment therapy and compassion focused therapy. Una also recognises the importance of balancing support with the facilitation of learning to enable her clients’ to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours, empowering them to take care of their own health and well-being needs. Una’s background, training and experience delivers a holistic and highly individualised approach to therapy for each client. Una holds a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Sydney. Una is registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency, the Health and Care Professions Council UK, along with the following major UK health insurers, Aviva, AXA-PPP, Bupa, Cigna and WPA. |
